atreboot.com gathers the information you provide during registration along with data obtained from your use of our services and visits to our website and associated platforms. This includes details about your transactions, such as payment card information. Additionally, we may collect data related to your participation in promotions, competitions, feedback submissions, or profile updates. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to enhance the services we offer. Only the necessary and relevant information is collected to ensure the efficient delivery of services available on our site.
Refunds are issued only for the sale amount at the current selling market value of the component(s) inside the computer and doesn't include shipping/freight charges. Additionally, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to computer system unless ALL three conditions below have been met:
Your UNOPENED purchase is returned to atReBoot within 30 days of original delivery.
There is defective hardware component(s) inside the computer creating stability/performance issue.
atReBoot or a third-party computer company contracted by atReBoot has verified that the stability/performance issues are a direct result of the hardware inside the computer and NOT the software (i.e. the operating system, drivers, or software)

Payment
All refund will be charged irrespective of the condition of the product at a minimum of 30% of the product value after deduction of discount coupon/voucher if any used under the purchase made. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable and are borne by the customer. The refund amount will return in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. atReBoot does not provide cash or credit refunds. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the atReBoot store within six months of issue. You can redeem your Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers to buy any items you like that is sold on atreboot.com.
Yes, you would receive the receipt in both ways
one would be online and the other would be through shipping.
The conditions for successful coupon usage are as follows:
- Single Use Only: Coupons are limited to individual use and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
- Exclusion of Sale Items: Coupons do not apply to items that are already on sale. Per-item coupons will only be valid for non-sale items, and per-cart coupons are valid only if the cart excludes sale items.
- One Voucher Per Order: Only one discount or credit voucher can be applied per transaction.
- Exceeding Credit Amount: If the purchase total exceeds the value of the credit voucher, the difference must be paid at checkout.
- Below Credit Amount: If the purchase total is less than the voucher amount, additional items need to be added to match the voucher value.
- No Refund on Balance: Any remaining balance on the credit voucher cannot be refunded, either as cash or as another voucher.

It takes 2 – 5 working days to deliver the order within Pakistan. In case of accessories/straight PC builds, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 3-5 working days and 10-15 working days for liquid cooling builds.
In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, atreboot.com reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
