Payment facility

We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience. This is why we have tried our best to make the payment policy as easy as possible for you. We list few products on our website that we can arrange on demand but they are not readily available locally with us.  Customers have to pay 50% of the cost upfront and the rest at the time of delivery for such products.

For shopper convenience, we have multiple payment methods:

Cash on Delivery

We know our customers value a stress-free payment mode hence we offer you to pay with cash. On confirmation of order, customer will receive a call from our sales agent for delivery and payment. At the moment Cash on Delivery is only available in Karachi and we are working on expanding to other cities as well.  For now, only orders under Rs.50000 are available on Cash on Delivery to other cities.

Credit / Debit Card

Enjoy a hassle-free, fast and easy payment solution at your fingertips with acceptance of all Visa and MasterCard. 2.5% bank charges will be applied on online payment as well as offline POS machine through credit/debit cards.

Online Bank Transfer

We choose Faysal bank, Bank Alfalah & Bank Al Habib in our payment network because of their multiple branches all over Pakistan for customer’s convenience. While placing order, choose “bank transfer” as payment method. Customer will receive our bank account details via email and we will process the order after receiving payment acknowledgement.

Easypaisa and JazzCash

We bring Easypaisa and JazzCash as another exciting payment option. Customer can deposit the funds directly into at-ReBoot’s EasyPaisa or JazzCash accounts mentioned below and the order will process subject to payment acknowledgement.

No matter which payment method customer select, our goal is to deliver orders as soon as possible.

Note: Team at-ReBoot aims to provide competitive prices to customers but unfortunately it’s difficult to sustain due to currency devaluation, worldwide shortage of products or any other unforeseen incident which can cause prices to fluctuate. In such cases we can share the new prices with the customer at time of purchase and the order will process with mutual understanding.

Shipping Information

Nothing beats the convenience of shopping online and receiving your order at your doorstep. Customer comfort is our priority which is why we offer nationwide free shipping unless specified by our team. We use the best couriers to ship your orders.

Locally available products will be delivered on the same day (for orders placed before 3PM) to customers in Karachi but will take 24-48 hours to be delivered to other cities. Some unexpected circumstances can cause the order to be delayed by up to 5 days. On time deliveries are subject to clearance of payment.

On order products usually take 5 to 15 days to ship (depending on import region) or our sales team may also specify delivery period at the time of order confirmation.

at-ReBoot cannot deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays.

We highly recommend that customer thoroughly inspects the product in front of delivery person to avoid any disputes. Team at-ReBoot will not be responsible afterwards in case of empty package and damage product.
