We believe that our customers should enjoy the full benefits of online shopping, that’s why we are sharing our 7-Day return / replacement policy to allow faulty products to be returned/replaced within the specified period.

Products can be replaced or returned in two conditions:

  • The customer received a wrong product.
  • The product has any manufacturing defects.

At this point, the product can be replaced with the same model or with a different product listed on our website. (Price difference will apply if customer will select replacement a different product).

Conditions for returns and replacement:

  • We highly recommend that customer thoroughly inspects the product in front of delivery person to avoid any disputes. In case of any issues with product appearance inform us within 24 hours.
  • The product should contain all accessories, boxes, tags/stickers, instructions that came with the package.
  • The product should not be used: It should be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
  • We will not entertain related queries after the specified period.
  • Change of mind or if the customer “no longer wants the product” are not applicable.
  • The original invoice is required for further process.
  • Customers cannot return a product to upgrade it to a better product.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
  • In case the defect is due to improper use (improper voltage, exposure to liquid, misuse etc.), the after-sales service department will decide after a detailed verification.

Issuance of Refunds

The time needed to complete the refund process depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Before starting the refund process, the product undergoes a quality check. If the product is approved for a refund, the customer will receive it in:

  • 5 working days if payment was by cash.
  • 7 working days if payment was by cheque.
  • 10 working days if payment was by credit card.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. at-ReBoot has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
